Recently we had a call from a security director at a large hospital in the southeast and he invited us to visit their facilities and discuss parking management options. Upon arrival, the hospital was undergoing a major expansion and the campus was dotted with bulldozers and construction trucks. As first time visitors we were already unsure where to park, and the construction made it just a bit more difficult for us to get to our appointment. As we toured the buildings with the director, he shared that declining patient satisfaction scores seemed to stem from the lack of adequate accessible parking. After finishing the tour of the hospital we asked for detailed information regarding the parking situation, and put together a proposal to would boost the patient satisfaction scores and, ultimately, retain customers.

New Jersey Valet Parking Service: Park Inc to Serve V.A. East Orange Campus

Park Inc is proud to announce commencement of valet parking services for the East Orange campus of the VA New Jersey Health Care System. Services will be provided Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the main entrance.

Hospital Parking Management: Valet Parking in Philadelphia

Park Inc is pleased to announce the award of its newest location, Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Roxborough Memorial Hospital is a 137-bed community hospital.

Services started February 15, 2010. The complimentary first class parking is provided Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 pm at the main hospital entrance on Jamestown Street.
