We have received several calls from folks representing casinos over the past few months and noticed a couple of common themes. Last week, 18 site supervisors congregated in Charlotte, NC for Park Inc’s second annual Park Inc University.
Credit Suisse USA has an office building located in Research Triangle Park in North Carolina. It’s a beautiful office building with about 1100 employees. Credit Suisse has enjoyed success and growth in the last few years and continues to create jobs in Research Triangle Park. In fact it is estimated that they will soon have over 1300 employees. The problem is they only built the parking lot to hold 1100 cars, and everyone in RTP drives. How did this happen?
