Last week, 18 site supervisors congregated in Charlotte, NC for Park Inc’s second annual Park Inc University.
During this two day conference, supervisors met with the executive staff to brainstorm how to better Park Inc.
Everything was kicked off with President Brian Haupricht speaking about the company’s position and growth opportunities. This lead the way to career opportunities within Park inc and how to effectively engage the workforce. Other topics that were covered were the new processes implemented in HR paperwork and ordering new uniforms, supervisor skills training, sales and lead generation, time and attendance, with site specific issues during a breakout session.
