Recently we had a call from a security director at a large hospital in the southeast and he invited us to visit their facilities and discuss parking management options.  Upon arrival, the hospital was undergoing a major expansion and the campus was dotted with bulldozers and construction trucks.  As first time visitors we were already unsure where to park, and the construction made it just a bit more difficult for us to get to our appointment.  As we toured the buildings with the director, he shared that declining patient satisfaction scores seemed to stem from the lack of adequate accessible parking.
